Oybek Tursunkulov, Senior researcher at the Center for Advanced Technologies under Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Innovative Development

His research interests include semiconductors, solar cells, catalysts, nanomaterials, as well as the study of properties (surface topology, element analysis, X-ray phase analysis) of inorganic materials and nanostructures.

Mr. Tursunkulov graduated from National University of Uzbekistan, and he holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics, physics of semiconductors and dietetrics. Since 1993, he has been working as a researcher at the institute of the Academy of Sciences (Physico-Technical Institute of the NGO “Physics-Sun”).
