Olga Silvestrova, Regional Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Crown Agents

Olga Silvestrova joined Crown Agents’ team in 2007. She has more than 15 years of experience in procurement and supply system and project management. She managed procurement projects funded by the Japanese Government in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, the Philippines, Sierra Leone and supported implementation of the Japanese Environmental Support Programme in various countries. Olga worked on procurement programmes funded by the UK Government in fragile and conflict affected countries like Syria.

In 2016 Olga moved to a business development role within the Supply Chain Services department and since 2018, Olga Silvestrova is Crown Agents’ Regional Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. She is very passionate about her work developing business and building relationships with governments in the region.
