Elena Selezneva, CEO of StartupFactory.uz, Technovation Challenge Regional Ambassador for Uzbekistan

Elena Selezneva is CEO of StartupFactory.uz and serves as Uzbekistan’s Regional Ambassador for the Technovation Challenge. She is passionate about all things tech, digital and innovative and  a strong believer and supporter of women-in-tech and professional mentorship projects for girls and youth. In 2015, Ms. Selezn started coordinating the first Uzbekistan startup accelerator and she has been co-organizer of the Startup Mix conference since 2013. Ms. Selezn is a frequent speaker at IT & Digital conferences, seminars and training courses in Uzbekistan.
