Hans-Ullrich IHM, Acting Head of Mission, Senior Project Officer, OSCE Project Coordinator in Uzbekistan

Hans-Ullrich holds a diploma in Oriental Studies from the State University of St. Petersburg. After working at a university, a ministry and an embassy, he moved into development cooperation, where he worked for more than 20 years for the German Development Bank KfW and the German International Cooperation Agency GIZ, in Central Asia since 2006. He joined the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan in 2016 where he heads the Economic and Environmental Department and from time to time replaces the Head of Mission.
