Shuhrat Ismailov, Director of the State Specialized School under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Professor Ismailov is a leading mentor of the national olympic teams on math and a member of the judging panel of the International Mathematical Olympiads. He trained 4 gold, 19 silver and 30 bronze medal mathematical Olympiad winners. He is also a member of the International Supervisory Board of the scientific and methodical journal Matematika Plus (Bulgaria), the editorial board of the journal “Exact and Natural Sciences” (Uzbekistan). He is a Deputy Chairman of the Scientific and Methodological Council for Mathematics at the Republican Center for Education. Member of the creative group for the development of the state standard and curriculum for mathematics of general secondary and secondary special, vocational education, aimed at forming the competencies of students. Professor Ismailov has more than 70 published scientific works, including the current textbooks “Mathematics-10” and “Mathematics-6”. He holds a PhD in Physics and Mathematics.
